This is my second "hanging laundry" painting from the Virtual Paintout at Canary Islands. For some reason I keep getting drawn to these types of locations! It's out of the norm from the usual landscapes and buildings, etc., so maybe that's why. I like being different!

I'm glad you like being different, because I really like this. Everyone likes to go for the landscapes & buildings, but you've actually captured the true Canary Islands! People have laundry & people hang their laundry out to dry. So many people would paint the scene & would omit things such as laundry and telephone poles, simply because they "aren't artistic." You've even captured the clothes pins! Makes me smile, thank you!
